I can’t actually say this was a bad film(because this film was directed and written by Phani Ramachandra, a great director) but i can’t defend this one as a great one too. There’s a tonal mismatch that occurs midway through the film as it segues into a flashback(which has Ananth Nag in it: he’s great) which doesn’t seem to belong to the film at all and actually hurts the central narrative by deviating our attention away from the two central characters. But still i think this film is okay enough and fans of Phani Ramachandra must definitely watch this.
