A very well done film. The acting is excellent throughout; especially Lakshmi as the beleaguered young woman and Hema Choudhury who is so ruthless and conniving that she actually generates such strong antipathy. The songs Bayasade Balibande and Naanenu Neenenu are very good.

Agree completely. Lakshmi is brilliant especially in the last scene when she becomes desperate and almost hysterical.She completely dominates the movie. The ending is very powerful and shocking.
