Plot Summary:
| The story revolves around an unemployed youth Gowtham (Prem), whose father Parashuramaiah (Anant Nag), an industrialist, considers him useless. Gowtham is good at heart and takes the blame for all his family’s ills. When he falls in love with Janaki (Sara), the daughter of a cook (Ramesh Bhat), his father opposes it. Gowtham is shocked when he finds his married brother Raghuram (Kokila Mohan) in the company of another woman Geetha (Kausalya), who was once in love with him. On the day of his physically challenged sister’s wedding, Gowtham hears the shocking news of his brother’s death in a train accident, but allows the wedding to continue. more
